Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at KRAZE. We want to ensure you have a satisfying experience. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Hygiene & Safety Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items if the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened:

  • Disposable Vapes

  • E-liquids / Juice

  • Replacement Pods and Coils

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at krazevapepie@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement or refund.

4. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team at krazevapepie@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
